Once students have finished working on their digital portfolios, they will need to complete student identification information in the Web application and then forward their portfolios to you. Before they can do this, students will need the following information from their AP Student Packs, which should be provided to them by your school's AP Coordinator:
- their AP numbers
- a list of college codes
Once a student has forwarded a portfolio to you and that portfolio is in "Forwarded to Teacher" status, you have the option to view each submitted portfolio to ensure that all sections are complete and accurately presented, and then you must take one of the following actions:
- Forward the portfolio to your AP Coordinator well in advance of May 5, 2017
- Return the portfolio to the student for further action
Important: We encourage you to set specific deadlines for your students. In general, students should forward portfolios to you by the end of April.
