If you’re new to digital submission, you’ll need these codes to create an account in the AP Art and Design digital submission web application:

  • School code: This is listed in the email from the AP Program sent in mid-November.
  • AP Registration and Ordering access code: This is the same code that you initially used to sign in to AP Registration and Ordering this school year. You can view your AP Registration and Ordering access code from your homepage after signing in to myap.collegeboard.org.

Create Account

On the Sign In screen, select Create Account, then, on the Select Your Access Type screen, select AP Coordinator from the drop-down menu. You’ll then be taken to the screen shown below.

Set Up Your AP Coordinator Access

Enter your school code and AP Registration and Ordering access code and follow the instructions to set up access and create your account.

Confirmation Page

After successfully setting up your access, you’ll see a confirmation screen (see below). The screen displays your coordinator key, a unique alphanumeric key that your school’s Art and Design teachers will need to access the web application.

Email Confirmation

You will also receive a confirmation email with your coordinator key. If any of your school’s AP Art and Design teachers are new to digital submission this year, forward this email, along with your 6-digit school code, to them as soon as possible.
