Do I need to use a scratch paper template for the AP Chinese and AP Japanese Exams?

2025 Update: There is no longer a scratch paper template for the AP Chinese and AP Japanese Exams. Proctors will provide one sheet of school-provided scratch paper to each student at the start of the exam.
