Arkansas public, homeschooled, and virtual school students must be enrolled in and complete the AP course to receive the state funding for their AP Exams:
- Arkansas students will only receive the state subsidies for their AP Exams if they are enrolled in a class section in AP Registration and Ordering and complete the AP course with an appropriately trained teacher.

- Homeschooled students and students taking AP courses at a virtual provider such as Virtual Arkansas must be enrolled in AP Registration and Ordering in both the exam only section at the school where they'll be taking the exam and a class section for the corresponding course through their virtual provider. Virtual providers must ensure that their AP teachers enroll all their students in AP Registration and Ordering.
- Virtual and homeschooled students must also complete the course with an appropriately trained teacher to be eligible to receive the state subsidies for their exams. If a virtual or homeschooled student enrolled in a class section is no longer taking the AP course, you’ll need to drop the student from the class section.
