If you have moved to a different school, you’ll need to update your school information for your account. To update, have the following information on hand:

  • Your new school’s school code
  • Your new school’s exam ordering access code

Your school code and exam ordering access code will be provided in an email you should receive from the AP Program in mid-to-late January. If you do not receive this email, contact AP Services by phone at 877-274-6474 (toll-free in the United States and Canada) or 609-771-7300, or by email at apexams@info.collegeboard.org.

Once you log in using your existing user name and password, click Account Information in the left navigation panel of your home page. You will be brought to a screen like the one below, which should display the information for the school where you worked last year. From here, click Add School.

Next, on the Add School screen, enter your school code and AP Exam ordering access code, and indicate your role:
