Professional Learning Consultant Training Process
Learn more about the training you’ll complete if you receive an invitation to become a consultant.

| December | Receive invitation and complete paperwork to begin training process |
| January–February | In-person training (attendance is required to be part of the training cohort) |
| March–May | Virtual agenda preparation sessions with advisor Virtual collaboration sessions with your course's consultant pool Observation of a professional learning event |
| June–December | Facilitate an AP workshop or AP or Pre-AP Summer Institute |
| January | Completion of training and endorsement* |
*While there is no stipend or honorarium provided for any training related to your role as a professional learning consultant, your travel, lodging, and meal per diem is covered or reimbursed by College Board. CEUs are available upon successful completion of training.
