What if our school can’t test all AP Chinese and AP Japanese students during the regularly scheduled exam window due to space or equipment issues or limitations?

You can consider using off-site locations to test students or order alternate exams for late testing to allow some students to test during a later date. See the AP Coordinator’s Manual, Part 2 for details about off-site testing locations.
