I get an error message when trying to download a TXT, CSV or PDF file from the portal. What do I do?

 Try these troubleshooting steps:  

  1. Have your IT staff check that your institution doesn't have a firewall or network rules blocking WebSocket connections from the portal.
  2. Make sure no pop-up blockers are enabled on your browser for the site.
  3. Clear your browser's cache.
