Will there be a dictation/speech-to-text tool within the digital AP Exam?

No. Students who use dictation/speech-to-text software (such as Dragon) can use it with the digital exam. Students who do not use dictation/speech-to-text software will use the dictation/speech-to-text technology on their device. This isn’t a tool within Bluebook, but rather a built-in dictation/speech-to-text tool in their device that they would use when online.
