FAQ
How do I know that students will get the same score, whether they take the paper or digital version of the exam?
The AP Program applies psychometric equating and linking processes to each version of the exam—including paper and digital versions—to identify the unique difficulty level and adjusts the cut score (number of points necessary) to earn a score of 3 or higher. Student scores will continue to be comparable, regardless of which version of the exam they take. For more information, see Score Setting and Scoring and Different Versions of Exams.
