Do proctors read instructions aloud for digital AP Exams, similar to a paper exam administration?

Proctors read a short set of general instructions before students begin testing. However, once testing begins, there are no further spoken instructions from the proctor. Exam-specific instructions, exam timing, reminders about breaks, etc. are delivered by Bluebook to students.
