AP Digital Portfolio Access
The majority of institutions that offer AP Computer Science Principles (AP CSP) obtain access to the AP Digital Portfolio by participating in the AP Course Audit. The AP CSP Access Request Form is no longer available for institutions that don’t participate in the AP Course Audit. We encourage you to join the AP Course Audit to gain access to the AP Digital Portfolio.
To ensure access to the digital portfolio, you must complete your AP Course Audit form and have it approved by your course audit administrator by October 1. Completing this step also grants you access to the question bank in AP Classroom and allows your AP Coordinator to create class sections in AP Registration and Ordering. See the AP Course Audit Calendar for other important dates.
If you’re not able to participate in the AP Course Audit, but plan to offer the AP Computer Science Principles Exam to students, your AP coordinator will need to take a few steps:
- Sign in to AP Registration and Ordering using the unique access code for your school, sent to principals and AP coordinators in August
- Create an exam only section for AP CSP
- Provide the join code for the AP CSP exam only section to all students who will be taking the exam at your school; ensure students enroll in the exam only section
- Submit the exam order by the November 15 final exam ordering deadline
Coordinators who have entered the unique access code for AP Registration and Ordering will automatically have access to the AP Digital Portfolio.
Visit Accessing and Using AP Registration and Ordering for details about creating exam only sections and submitting the exam order.
If you belong to an Online Provider, Career and Technical Center or a Massive Open Online Course you will have access the Digital Portfolio through the AP Course Audit
