| July 1, 2026 | AP Classroom systems open. Access granted to teachers with approved Course Audit forms. Teachers with previously authorized courses that have been renewed for the 2026-27 school year can assign resources to students. |

| October 1, 2026 | Preferred submission and renewal deadline for AP Computer Science Principles course materials in order to access the digital portfolio. |

| January 31, 2027 | Deadline to complete the initial submission of course material for the 2026-27 school year. |
School Administrator Responsibilities

| March 1, 2026 | AP Course Audit administrators begin approving Course Audit forms for new courses to be offered in the 2026-27 school year and renewing previously authorized courses for the 2026-27 school year. |

| May 1, 2026 | AP Course Audit administrators begin selecting authorized online and distance learning provider courses through their AP Course Audit accounts. |
| October 2026 | |
| October 1, 2026 | Preferred submission and renewal deadline for AP Computer Science Principles course materials in order to access the digital portfolio. |
| October 15, 2026 | Preferred date by which administrators should renew previously authorized courses for the 2026-27 school year (ensures courses are included in the AP Course Ledger in November) and remove inactive teachers or courses not offered in the 2026-27 school year from the School Status page. |
| January 2027 | |
| January 31, 2027 | Deadline to approve Course Audit forms for initial submissions, renew previously authorized courses for the 2026-27 school year, remove teachers not teaching or courses not being taught during the 2026-27 school year, and add online and distance learning courses being taught during the 2026-27 school year. |
