Can a school opt out of digital exams and return to paper exams?

Yes. Schools that indicated digital for one or more exams in AP Registration and Ordering will be able to change the exam mode back to paper, if needed, through March 15, 2024, 11:59 p.m. ET. Note that for schools piloting AP African American Studies, students will be required to take the AP African American Studies Exam in digital mode only (no paper option).
