Can more than one person at my institution access the new portal?

Yes. Portal access can be granted to more than one person at your institution. For example, you may want people in your registrar, admissions, student records, IT, and operations departments to have access. 

Please note: Downloads are tracked at the individual account level and not at the organizational level.
