How does the scheduled break between exam sections work for digital AP Exams?
A digital AP Exam begins and the timer starts counting down when each student enters the start code. Students in the room may begin Section I of the exam at slightly staggered times. The proctor could choose to wait until all students have completed Section I before releasing them for their break (Section II does not begin automatically) or allow students to go on break as they finish. When the timer for the break expires, a Resume Testing button appears, and students click this button to begin Section II. Watch the Introduction to Digital AP Testing video for a walk-through of the digital exam experience.
