FAQ
Can the same staff member be added to proctor multiple exams? What about backup if the proctor is sick on exam day?
Yes, once staff members have completed the access process, the AP coordinator can assign a staff member to a room as a proctor in one or multiple exam administrations. For example, the same staff member can be assigned to proctor an AP English Literature and Composition room on May 3 and an AP U.S. History room on May 5. To account for the possibility of the proctor being unavailable on exam day, AP coordinators should either assign at least two staff members to each testing room or plan on proctoring the exam themselves since they have access to all rooms and can proctor any digital AP Exam at their school.
