Rebates for Schools with Large AP Programs

AP Coordinator’s Manual, Part 2

This page offers a summary to help you prepare for the 2024 AP Exams. Review the AP Coordinator’s Manual, Part 2 for complete information.

Schools with large AP programs may be eligible to receive rebates to help support the costs associated with managing their AP programs. Rebates are mailed in November to the attention of the AP coordinator for the last AP Exam administration. Designated authorized test centers outside the United States as well as schools that don’t administer their own exams aren’t eligible to receive the rebate.

To be eligible to receive a rebate, AP coordinators whose schools administered 150 or more AP Exams need to indicate the intended use for the rebate on the Large-Volume Rebate tab in AP Registration and Ordering.

AP coordinators must indicate this no later than the payment deadline of June 15, 2024, in order to qualify for their AP large-volume rebate. If this isn’t done by June 15, the school won’t receive a large-volume rebate for 2024.
