November–December

Set up your school’s access to the AP Art and Design digital submission web application (if necessary) and pass access information to your school’s AP Art and Design teachers. See the coordinator demo for guidance on using the web application.

Teachers set up access to the web application (if necessary) and pass information to students. Send teachers to the teacher demo for guidance on using the web application.

Students set up access to the web application. Send students to the student demo for guidance on using the web application.

Winter and Spring

Students upload images that are already completed; they continue to work on their portfolio and upload images.

April–May
