Some students may not have received approval for testing accommodations from the College Board Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) office by the November 13 final ordering deadline. Your exam order should still account for special exam formats or materials based on a student’s approved or expected accommodations.
You’ll be able to update an existing exam order for any student whose accommodations approval status changes after November 13 without incurring an additional fee. However, if you add a new exam order for a student after the November 13 final ordering deadline, a $40 late order fee will apply for each added exam.
Remember: Although you should indicate special exam formats or materials for students with expected but not yet approved accommodations, a student must be approved for accommodations by College Board’s SSD office in order to take an AP Exam with accommodations. Providing accommodations to students without College Board approval will result in cancellation of these students’ scores.
