What do I do after I have generated and submitted my invoice?

You’ll need to print out the invoice and mail a hard copy with any payment due to the AP Program in the envelope provided with your exam shipments. Mail it by June 15, 2019. Invoices submitted after that date incur a late fee.

To do this, click the Print Invoice button only once (use the button on the page, not your web browser's print function), and either two or three copies of the invoice will print. Keep the "School Copy" for your records. Send the "Program Copy" with any payment due to the AP Program. If your state requires you to submit a copy of your school’s invoice to them, a "State Copy" will also print and must be sent to the contact listed in your state. If your state doesn’t provide funding for AP Exams or doesn’t require a copy of the invoice, a “State Copy” won’t print.
