You can change any order until it has been processed for shipment. The AP Order Status page shows you which order(s) you can still adjust. If all your orders have already been processed for shipment, you can place a new order, but you can’t reduce your processed orders. Coordinators in schools outside the U.S., including schools in U.S. territories and Canada, should call AP Services for Educators if an emergency occurs after May 10. U.S. coordinators should do the same if an emergency occurs after May 17.
