AP coordinators receive and check exam materials.  

Coordinators must provide Student Packs to AP Studio Art, Computer Science Principles, Research, and Seminar students as soon as possible after receiving exam shipments. These students all need their AP numbers (and for some subjects, the college code lists) to finalize their digital submissions requirements. 

April 5, 2019

Extension deadline for schools outside the United States, U.S. territories, and Canada to order AP Exams. Each order received after this date incurs a $55 late fee (excluding alternate exam orders).

April 12, 2019

Extension deadline for schools in the United States, U.S. territories, and Canada to order AP Exams. Each order received after this date incurs a $55 late fee (excluding alternate exam orders).

Final deadline for schools outside the United States, U.S. territories, and Canada to order AP Exams. No orders will be accepted after this date. Orders placed by April 12 will be delivered by April 26.

April 19, 2019 Final deadline for schools in the United States, U.S. territories, and Canada to order AP Exams. No orders will be accepted after this date. Orders placed by April 19 will be delivered by April 29.

AP Research and AP Seminar students must submit all final performance tasks and all presentations must be scored by AP Research and AP Seminar teachers by this date.     

AP CSP students must submit their performance tasks as final by this date. 

Please note: This deadline was extended in 2019 to provide students with additional time to complete important steps in the AP Digital Portfolio.

May 6–10 and 13–17, 2019

Regularly scheduled AP Exams are administered. See Exam Dates for the complete schedule.

May 10, 2019

Deadline for schools outside the United States to order alternate exams for late testing. Coordinators should call AP Services for Educators if an emergency occurs after this date. Schools in the U.S. territories and Canada must also order alternate exams for late testing by this date.

May 13, 2019

Schools that ordered 150 or more exams and who tested over both weeks of the exam administration must return their Week 1 exams by this date, following the split shipment instructions provided to them.

May 17, 2019 Deadline for schools in the United States (excluding schools in the U.S. territories and Canada) to order alternate exams for late testing. Coordinators should call AP Services if an emergency occurs after this date.
May 20, 2019 Schools that ordered 150 or more exams and who tested over both weeks of the exam administration must return their Week 2 exams by this date, following the split shipment instructions provided to them. 

May 22-24, 2019

Alternate (late-testing) AP Exams are administered. See the late-testing schedule for complete details.

June 2019

June 1, 2019

Deadline for AP Services to receive all exam materials. Schools are billed twice the fee for each exam in shipments received after this date.

June 15, 2019

Postmark deadline for exam payments and invoices submitted to AP Services. Late payments incur a $225 fee.

Deadline for AP Services to receive students’ requests to: change college score report recipients, cancel scores, or withhold scores from the college indicated on their 2019 AP registration answer sheet.

AP score reports are available to designated colleges, students, high schools, and districts.
